Terms of service.

• Soulific Artwork LLC has the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.

• Digital portraits include one (1) person unless request additional persons for additional charge.

• USD payments only.

• Payments on commissions are non-refundable once the artist has begun working on the art piece.

• Client has physical print options available for an additional charge.

• Clients must state if they would like their commission to remain private (not posted on the official Soulific Artwork LLC website and social media platforms).

• The client will receive a digital proof of commission for approval. Commissions will resume once the client approves.

• Color changes and edits on finished commissions cost an additional $10.

  Process:

• The client submits an inquiry form with information regarding the order.

• After an agreement, Soulific Artwork LLC will send an invoice.

• Once 50% of payment has been made, the artist will start working on commission based on the order received. This is non-refundable).

• A portrait sketch will be sent for changes and approval. Any revision requests after client approval will require an additional charge with immediate payment.

• Small changes (I.e., hair color, skin color, etc.) will cost an additional $10.

  Large changes (I.e., redraws, adding features) are an additional $20. Change fees must be paid upfront when requested.

• Photos only include one (1) individual per piece, unless requested additional persons.

• Please ensure that photo is without filter as a good visual is needed for the piece.

• Include detailed description regarding color selections, etc.

• Additional $30 per adult persons added included in commission.

• Payments must be USD.

• 50% of payment must be given to start art process. This is non-refundable. Other 50% is due once commission is complete.

• If commission request has a deadline of 7 days or less, $20 rush fee may apply.

• Color changes and edits on finished commissions cost an additional $10.

• If you post or use commission, please tag or credit @soulificartwork. We hope you love the work!

• Client may not request a chargeback once piece is completed and provided to them.

• Payments via Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, and other peer-to-peer mobile payment apps will not be accepted.

• Soulific Artwork LLC hold every right to the produced artwork. Therefore, Soulific Artwork LLC is allowed to use the artwork to:

  • Promote the business.

  • Display or post it anywhere, unless client requests otherwise.

• The client is allowed to:

  • Use copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

  • Print the art they have purchased for personal use.

  • Share the artwork on their social media account platforms with proper artist credit/tag given (@soulificartwork).

If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

The following is considered Copyright Infringement:

• Reproducing or using the copyrighted work commercially.

• Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.

• Removing any watermarks/signatures.

• Altering the artwork without my, the artist, consent.

The Artist:

• I will not post your commissioned artwork unwatermarked.

• I reserve the right to upload completed artworks, with watermarks, to my galleries, portfolios and social media platforms. I am willing to change this for private commissions with advanced notice.

The Client:

• Client will not file a chargeback for any reason.

• Client will not claim artwork as their own. Proper credit must be given.

• Haven’t started: full refund.

• Started: No or partial refund.

• Soulific Artwork LLC determines the amount of the refund due-

• Refund will be based on how much time and effort has went on the piece.

• Client will only use commissioned artwork for personal use (I.e., profile pictures, personal prints for walls), no for-profit items or commercial use.

• Client will receive the full resolution artwork with no watermarks.

• Client under 18 must have parental permission to purchase artwork or products.

• If you do not agree to my terms and conditions for digital portraits, then you cannot buy or commission artwork from Soulific Artwork LLC.

• If you file a chargeback for any reason, your right to everything I have made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell my copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
