SHIPment PROCESSING TIMES:

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days, or less after order has been placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If requesting special orders, please allow 7-10 days for process and additional 7-10 days for shipment.

If experiencing high order volumes, shipment may be delayed by a few days. please allow additional days in transit for delivery. All orders will be shipped via printful, inc. (fedex and/or ups).

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times are estimated and are NOT an exact guarantee.

There are no shipping fee refunds for delivery delays caused by mail carrier or circumstances out of control. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your package has shipped. If you did not receive a tracking number within 24 hours, please send an email. Once packages are delivered to Fedex or Ups, soulific artwork llc or printful, inc. is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages. If your package is returned/undeliverable for any reason you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

Damages:

If your order is damage when received, please contact us via email to request a replacement and proof of damage.
